Supporters

Overview of Support

Contributions by the Supporters will be used to assist in covering travel expenses, publication costs, and conference operation costs. All the supporting companies will receive acknowledgement as Supporters in the Technical Program, Conference Proceedings (CD), and PS2008 Sponsorship webpage.

General Supporter

Your company logo will be featured, as the General Supporter, in

  • PS2008 Sponsorship webpage
  • Technical Program
  • Conference Proceedings (CD)

General Supporter fee: JPY100,000

Supporter: Refreshments Breaks

You may also support the Refreshment Breaks, held a total of 6 times during the conference, serving coffee, tea, soft drinks and a light snack. They are generally held twice a day on each day of the conference, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served immediately outside the conference room, and the specific location will be determined after the Conference Program has been finalized.
In addition to the general acknowledgement mentioned above, your company name and logo will be displayed at the place where refreshments are served, such as "The Refreshment Break is sponsored by XXXX."
Refreshment Break Supporter fee: JPY200,000

Supporter: Get Together Reception

One of the main social events during the conference is the Welcome Reception, held on Monday night, 4 August for the attendees. (Partial support is also welcome.)
In addition to the general acknowledgement mentioned above, your company name and logo will be displayed inside the venue of the Get Together Reception, such as "Get Together Reception is sponsored by XXXX."
Get Together Reception Supporter fee (partial support also accepted): JPY500,000

Exhibitors

Participation Fee:
JPY130,000 (excluding tax) for a standard booth comprising:
- 1 back panel
- 1 desk (600x1800)
- Panel with the company name imprinted
- White cloth
- 2 chairs
- Installation of a basic electricity supply up to 1kW*
*Installation of a power supply over 1kW/booth will be subject to additional charges.
The above fee also includes the following:
- 1 CD-ROM the containing Conference Proceedings
- Invitation to keynote speech (for up to 2 people)
- Invitation to Get Together Reception on August 4 (for up to 2 people)*
*Please send an application form separately if you wish to attend the Banquet on August 6

Deadline for Application: Friday, 30 May 2008

Additional information such as configurations, booth set-up and dismantlement (provisional date: August 3 PM and August 7 PM, respectively), payment procedures, etc., will be notified to the participants after submission of their application forms.
